Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a model of communication – how we communicate to ourselves and to others. This is important because how we communicate creates and affects our behavior. The NLP model combines cognitive and behavioural theories to understand how we take in and process information, and to change the programs we run inside our heads that drive our behaviour. By changing those programs, we can change behavior quickly and effectively.
Time Line Therapy® techniques use one’s active imagination to connect with our unconscious mind so that old negative emotions and limiting beliefs can be eliminated and new positive beliefs and events can be created and installed to support the client’s goals and desired outcomes.
It is a powerful technique particularly when combined with Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to create fast, effective and lasting change.
Hypnosis is the use of trance (a deep state of relaxation) to make changes at the unconscious level. Clients remain fully aware of their surroundings and remain in complete control during the process. Hypnosis is very effective in creating and maintaining change in many areas including smoking cessation, weight loss, pain control, anxiety management etc.
Mindfulness is the practice of bringing conscious awareness to this moment in time without judgement. Ongoing practice has been shown to increase energy, enhance calm and relaxation, improve self- esteem, reduce stress, depression and anxiety, improve the immune response and even help with chronic pain management.
We are made up of many parts. Sometimes these parts create inner conflict. Sometimes these parts are experienced as distress. Some of our parts serve us well. Internal Family Systems and Core Transformation work with the parts of ourselves that are connected to our suffering allowing us to achieve a greater sense of wholeness and wellbeing.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy focuses on uncovering and challenging the thought patterns and behavioural responses we engage in that do not serve us. It is the meaning we give to situations that leads to how we feel and how we act. CBT helps individuals change the thoughts they have in response to situations so they can feel better and act in a more resourceful manner.

Video counselling is a wonderful solution that affords you all the benefits of counselling from the comfort of your home or office. It is just as effective as in person counselling.
